Voio International Folklore Festival – Siatista
Every July, Siatista comes alive with music, color, and traditional costumes from around the world at the Voio International Folklore Festival. What began as a Balkan festival has evolved into an international event that unites nations through dance and music. The celebration opens with an impressive parade of performance groups from different countries, filling the streets with songs and dances, and continues with performances in villages such as Galatini, Eratyra, and Pentalofos. The festival culminates in a grand closing ceremony at the Town Hall amphitheater — a celebration of culture, friendship, and tradition that has become a landmark event for Voio and Western Macedonia.
