Holy Monastery of Saints Panteleimon and Euboula – Agios Panteleimonas
Just outside the village of Agios Panteleimonas stands the Monastery of Saints Panteleimon and Euboula, founded in 2004 by the Metropolitan of Florina, Prespes and Eordaea, Theoklitos. It was established as the spiritual succession of an older monastery that once stood on the shores of Lake Vegoritida and was lost beneath its waters. Today’s monastery, serene and light-filled, continues its monastic life as a cenobitic community.
