“Flavors of Prespa”
In Lemos, the heart of the Municipality of Prespa, gastronomy has its own annual celebration. The “Flavors of Prespa” festival continues the tradition of the former “Bean and Tsironia Festival”, now showcasing the full range of local products: beans, peppers, herbs, dairy, and lake fish. Producers’ stalls line the square, local dishes are offered, and culinary events and cultural programs take place—celebrating taste, hospitality, production, and everyday life in Prespa.
