Dragon’s Cave
An impressive 300-meter route awaits you at Dragon’s Cave, where you will admire spectacular stalactite and stalagmite formations. The cave maintains a constant temperature of 16–18°C and 90% humidity. What does it include? Ten chambers, seven small freshwater lakes (a unique feature across Greece), striking stalactites and stalagmites, as well as paleontological finds of the likes of cave bear bones dating back approximately 10,000 years. Tours take place in small groups (up to 12 people) to protect the microclimate and allow air renewal. The exit leads through an artificial passage to an exhibition corridor with photographs and material documenting the construction phases. A true must-see for those seeking experiences beyond the classic attractions.
