Towards the end of August in Kalamia, corn plays the starring role! The local Cultural Association organizes this lively event to celebrate the village’s signature product. Local producers take center stage, as they offer all visitors freshly cooked corn —grilled or boiled on the spot— free of charge.
The joyful evening features food, drinks, live music, and dancing.
