Church of Agios Minas in Siatista
At the “bridge” connecting Chora and Gerania stands Agios Minas (1702), a single-aisle timber-roofed basilica with an elevated narthex–women’s gallery, simple yet deeply refined. The 1728 frescoes retain the clarity of line and calm color palette of the period. The intricately carved wooden iconostasis is particularly impressive, representing a fine example of ecclesiastical craftsmanship of the time.
