In Variko, Florina, adrenaline reaches high levels during the Greek Downhill Cup, one of the most impressive open mountain biking competitions in Greece. The 2,400-meter route on the legendary Gogo Trail combines natural beauty with technical challenge: steep slopes, jumps, wooden and dirt features test riders’ skills, endurance, and reflexes. The starting point is at Prophet Elias of Klisoura, while the finish line is located at Variko Primary School, where crowds gather to cheer on the competitors.
