Archaeological Collection of Kozani
The Archaeological Collection of Kozani invites you to discover the region’s rich history through valuable finds (with the exception of those from Aiani, which are exhibited at the Archaeological Museum of Aiani) spanning thousands of years of human presence. This collection serves as a real-life “treasure chest” of local cultural heritage, shedding light on daily life, customs, and artistic expression from the Prehistoric period through the Roman era. Its most significant exhibits include artifacts from the Classical cemetery of Kozani. The Collection is housed in a beautiful neoclassical two-story building known as the “Katsikas House”.
